To make a long story short, I wanted to do something in my life that makes a difference in other peoples lives.  I was a Thoroughbred Race Horse Trainer for over 25 years and as much as I loved it, I felt I needed to do something else that was a little more meaningful especially when dealing with my Dad and his need for senior care.   I took the required hours of classes needed to satisfy the State of California and passed my State exam to be a licensed RCFE Administrator with a specialty in Dementia care.  Not all placement services like ours has the ability to say they are licensed in Dementia training.  I like to think of my organization to be one that is real and honest, and always transparent to Families.
